This site, powered by Gaia, operates on the usage of cookies to separate users from one another. As such, this site will store cookies in the user's browser in order to link them to their user account. Users that opt to be remembered permanently by this site will find that their cookie session does not expire for ten years. This is to ensure a persistent session with the site to continue using its functions uninterrupted.

Furthermore, this site also stores IP addresses in the database. While these addresses may come close, they generally cannot be used to pin-point a user's exact location, and may be hidden through varying means at the user's discretion. Email addresses are not collected, and any further information requested, outside of the user and display names, as well as password, are fully non-compulsory.

Users have the right to leave this site at will. Doing so and deleting one's account and characters will, inherently, scramble the username used to post anything on the site they have posted, to disassociate it with the user. As this site is a role-playing game, most likely, it is requested that posts be left in-tact upon leaving should the user choose to do so, for the purpose of maintaining sensible story archives. However, should the user choose to delete their posts as well, they may contact the administration to do so.

Once a user has been deleted, however, their information is lost, and a user cannot be proven or disproven to be the original poster, thereby once deleted, a user cannot change their mind and request deletion of their content at a later time. However, intellectual ownership and copyright remains in their hands, and posting it with this site simply denotes the user is giving the site permission to use and display their work in accordance with site story-line continuity.

All news and announcements from this site are solely transmitted through the Gaia software. Users will not, and cannot, receive alerts through e-mail or ilk, thus it is up to the user to stay up-to-date with the site happenings. Alerts that go through the site can be turned off at will. Those that wish to have a password/account recovery option must set a secret question and answer within their user control panel.

The answer given is never displayed; it is solely used by the Gaia back-end to verify a user does own the account of which's password they are trying to reset.
